Sales Director – GA Direct
Location: Lehi, UT
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director – GA Direct to join our team in Lehi, UT, on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts within the Direct Selling and MLM sector. The Sales Director will lead our GA Direct sales effort, overseeing all aspects of sales operations, driving strategic business development initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service tailored to the unique needs of this industry.

Vice President of Sales – GA Commerce

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to spearhead our disruptive and exciting tech initiatives in the eCommerce industry. This pivotal role will drive our sales efforts, leveraging cutting-edge technology recently launched into the market.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the Ecommerce sector is highly desirable.
Client Relations Coordinator
Location: Lehi, UT or Remote
Global Access Client Relations Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining the partnership between Global Access and its clients. The Client Relations Coordinator is a technology-savvy individual who has experience in driving strategic business processes. He/she works directly with our clients to understand business and technical requirements, and to develop solutions to ensure success.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Daily client relationship management.
- Strategic consulting for companies growing their international business and associated logistical network.
- Assess and outline the specifications and manage any need for changes/update in the logistic or customer support system interface.
- Closely monitor clients’ shipment status
- Focus on client retention and increasing value.
- Submit and resolve customer tickets within SLA.
- Manage the new client opportunity pipeline in HubSpot.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Be a trusted advisor to enable clients to apply the Global Access suite of tools to achieve their day-to-day and long-term business objectives.
- Provide resources to answer clients’ various questions in the area of international logistics, identifying needs for customization, and further implementation where applicable.
- Identify and provide suggestions to clients for potential opportunities including up-selling of additional services and introductions to our referral partners.
- Work closely with Business Development team and consult with other team members (project management/IT/customer support) to make sure mutual objectives are met in support of client project launch.
- Works closely with Logistics and IT teams to identify areas of continuous process and systems improvement.
- Communicate consistently with clients throughout the contract lifecycle, escalating important issues where needed.
- Maintain client contact and provide status updates for all outstanding issues.
- Maintain and manage client expectations.
- Fully understand client requests, documenting and engaging appropriate resources.

- Strong and proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and technical projects
- Excellent work ethic and leadership skills
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, very responsible, and focused on exceeding client expectations
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to deal with change and excel in high-stress situations
- Knowledge of international logistics and/or package forwarding services
- 2 years of prior client management and/or project management experience
- Knowledge of and experience with basic office tools (MSWord, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
