As the Sales Director for Global Access, with a specific focus on logistics, cross-border operations, and technical solutions for the Direct Selling/MLM industry, you will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy in these specialized domains. You will be a key driver in establishing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets through our software and services offerings.

  1. Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to logistics, cross-border operations, and technical solutions within the Direct Selling/MLM industry.
    • Set clear and ambitious revenue targets, both short-term and long-term, and work with the sales team to achieve them.
  2. Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Direct Selling/MLM industry, with a focus on their logistics, cross-border, and technical needs.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in these specialized domains, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team specializing in logistics, cross-border, and technical solutions, setting clear goals and expectations.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture within these expertise areas.
  4. Market Analysis
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies within logistics, cross-border, and technical solutions for the Direct Selling/MLM sector.
    • Use this knowledge to continuously refine and adapt the sales strategy within these expertise areas.
  5. New Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, cross-border operations, and technical solutions, working closely with the marketing and product development teams.
    • Expand the company's client base within these specialized domains by reaching out to prospective clients and partners.
  6. Sales Performance Tracking

    • Regularly report on sales performance within these expertise areas and provide insights for improvement.
  7. Contract Negotiation
    • Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements in logistics, cross-border, and technical solutions, ensuring favorable terms for Global Access while meeting client needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in software and services sales, particularly within the Direct Selling/MLM industry with expertise in logistics, cross-border, and technical solutions.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership and team management, focusing on these specialized domains.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Direct Selling/MLM industry and expertise in logistics, cross-border operations, and technical solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets and objectives within these expertise areas.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
